JuniorWarriors expands on the Adapt 4 Pillars—self-defense, anti-bullying, Gi, and NoGi Jiu Jitsu—with heightened intensity and longer sessions tailored to growingabilities. Through dynamic warm-ups, precise drills, and strategic games, thisprogram sharpens jiu jitsu skills, grip strength, body awareness, balance, andstrong posture in a supportive, innovative environment.

Ideal for kids aged 8+ at beginner to intermediate levels, Junior Warriorssuits young practitioners ready to deepen their jiu jitsu foundation, boostconfidence, and tackle challenges with focus and discipline.
